BetterWorks Secures Seed Investment for Remote Work Platform

BetterWorks, the operator of the remote worker recruitment platform Flexwork, has raised 100 million KRW in seed investment through ‘Startup Island Jeju Private Investment Fund No.2,’ jointly operated by the Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereafter Jeju Center) and Krypton.
Jeju Center and Krypton decided to invest, anticipating that BetterWorks will quickly learn the remote work market using Jeju as a testbed and gradually expand its scale to overseas markets. Particularly, they judged that there is a high possibility for international market expansion as BetterWorks, led by CEO Lim Tae-eun, including talents with overseas work experience, are positioned in various countries abroad.
