Korean eco-material company Purom, founded by Professor Lee Young-chul from Gachon University’s BioNano Science, has secured investments from CNTTech and DB Capital. With over 20 years of expertise in environmentally friendly materials, Purom stands out as a tech-driven startup.

Their flagship products, Purom Radon Free and Purom Radon Coat, excel in sealing various harmful substances, including the highly carcinogenic radon, emitted from concrete construction materials. These eco-friendly coatings, equipped with unique radon-blocking technology, not only enhance indoor air quality but also meet health-friendly housing standards, offering an all-in-one coating solution with antibacterial, antifungal, and flame-retardant properties.

CNTTech’s CEO mentioned, “Purom’s advanced solutions in the thriving eco-friendly market can find applications in diverse spaces like residential, educational, and healthcare facilities, paving the way for substantial growth both domestically and internationally.”
