Beauty Creator Lee Sa-bae’s ‘TWO SLASH FOUR’ Secures Pre-Series A Funding for Global Market Expansion
Korean popular beauty creator Lee Sa-bae, with 2.25 million YouTube subscribers, announced that her beauty brand TWO SLASH FOUR has secured a pre-Series A investment from Korea Investment Partners. Other participants in this funding round include Amorepacific Group, We Ventures, and TBT Partners.
Lee Sa-bae, serving as CEO, brand director, makeup artist, and model, launched TWO SLASH FOUR, which embodies her beauty philosophy and expertise. The brand’s strong branding and high-quality products led to over 78% of sales through its official online store last year, reaching the break-even point in just over a year—an impressive feat in the industry.
One standout product, the “Glaze Lip Changer Nude Black,” won Allure’s Best of Beauty Award Editor’s Pick and Glowpick Award’s Lip Gloss Rookie of the Year. It generated over 100 million KRW in daily sales during a Naver Shopping Live event in September. Another product, the “Strobing Face Cube,” initially released as a limited summer edition, sold out in about three weeks and now holds the top sales spot for the brand after being re-released due to high demand. The “All Over Face Blush,” launched in June, became the top seller in the beauty category on 29CM during its first week and required restocking within two weeks.
TWO SLASH FOUR plans to expand into international markets later this year, aiming to grow into a global brand. Korea Investment Partners, leading this investment, expressed confidence in the combination of a mega creator’s vision and an expert team, expecting the brand to become globally beloved.
Lee Sa-bae commented, “Through TWO SLASH FOUR, I want to create a beauty culture that celebrates individual diversity. We will continue to develop items that expand the beauty spectrum on everyone’s vanity and grow into a leading K-beauty brand.”
