Microalgae Ask Us Expands Global Reach with New Export Deals in Vietnam and India
Microalgae Ask Us Co., Ltd., a South Korea-based natural bio-materials company, has signed export agreements worth $10,000 and $20,000 with Vietnam’s Skinreal Co., Ltd. and India’s Amorisha Empires LLP, respectively.
The company participated in the ‘MEGA US EXPO 2024’ in Vietnam from August 22nd to 24th, where it signed an export deal with Skinreal Co., Ltd., a cosmetics distribution company. This agreement will introduce Microalgae Ask Us’s “healara” brand cosmetics to the fast-growing Vietnamese market, which has been expanding at an annual rate of over 10%.
Additionally, at the ‘Gangwon Medical Equipment Show (GMES)’ held in Wonju, South Korea, on September 5th and 6th, Microalgae Ask Us secured another export contract with Amorisha Empires LLP, an Indian cosmetics distributor. The “healara” brand will now be supplied across India, where demand for VEGAN-certified natural products is expected to be high.
Chul-ho Pan, CEO of Microalgae Ask Us, stated, “These export agreements demonstrate the quality and global competitiveness of our products. We will continue to enhance our presence in the global market through ongoing research, development, and quality improvement.”
With this success, Microalgae Ask Us plans to expand its sales network across Southeast and South Asia and develop locally tailored products to bolster its position as a global player.
Established in October 2020 through a technology transfer from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), Microalgae Ask Us specializes in natural bio-materials. The company owns proprietary technology for large-scale microalgae cultivation and operates a 600-ton cultivation facility to advance the development of new natural materials.
