Wemeet Mobility, a Korea-based company operating the AI-driven mobility solution Roouty, has raised ₩20 billion (approx. $15 million USD) in a Series B funding round.
The round was backed by Hankook Precision Works, Kiwoom Investment, and Bass Investment, with additional investors currently reviewing opportunities for follow-on funding.
Key institutional investors recognized the exceptional route optimization and real-time data processing capabilities of Roouty, which greatly enhance logistics efficiency and market competitiveness. Hankook Precision Works, in particular, is aiming to establish a long-term business partnership with Wemeet Mobility.
A spokesperson from Wemeet Mobility said, “We are currently enhancing our products for over 100 clients to improve customer satisfaction. With this technology, we plan to further strengthen our competitiveness and expand our market share.”
Wemeet Mobility also provides services supporting the safe transport of temperature-sensitive goods, which is critical for food and pharmaceutical deliveries. Its Roouty-powered ‘Jeju Today’ service enables same-day delivery across Jeju Island, offering tailored solutions for diverse market demands.
