Korean startup 10kM has won the CES Innovation Award in the ‘Mobile Devices, Accessories & Apps’ category. The CES Innovation Award, annually organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), is a globally recognized accolade for innovative products and emerging technologies.

10kM’s ‘AI-based Enterprise Video Platform’ showcased revolutionary technological capabilities that transcend traditional video production limitations. The platform automates the entire video creation process—from planning and production to editing and distribution—reducing video creation time from 72 hours to just 5 minutes.

The company’s core technology, the ‘Gen&Edit’ model, integrates global foundation models to enable customized video generation that perfectly captures a company’s brand identity. Additionally, their ‘Plug&Show’ engine, utilizing edge computing technology, enables instant video transmission across all displays, attracting global corporate attention.

As the first generative AI company selected for DeepTech TIPS, 10kM has secured approximately 6.6 billion KRW (around $5 million USD) in investment and R&D support, accelerating technology development. The startup has been validating its technological prowess through collaborations with major domestic companies including Samsung Life Insurance, KT, CJ E&M, and Dong-A Ilbo.

10kM plans to participate in CES in Las Vegas from January 7-10, 2025, showcasing its innovative technologies. The company aims to expand into the US and Japanese markets and plans to target the Chinese market through collaboration with global tech giant Xiaomi.
