The Korean digital health scoring company Lydia.ai, which uses AI to predict personal health, has secured strategic investment from the Ayala Corporation Technology Innovation Venture Fund, advised by the Philippines’ largest venture capital firm, Kickstart Ventures. With this funding, Lydia.ai plans to accelerate its expansion into South Korea and other parts of Asia while strengthening its health data-driven financial ecosystem.

As financial and telecommunications companies increasingly evolve into platforms encompassing various aspects of customer lifestyles, healthcare has become a critical element for enhancing customer engagement. Lydia.ai helps businesses navigate the vast healthcare ecosystem more intelligently, enabling individuals to access personalized health and financial products tailored to their life stages and risk profiles.
Lydia.ai’s digital health risk scoring technology improves personalization by enabling the recommendation of tailored financial products, such as insurance, through everyday platforms. This allows customers to gain a holistic understanding of their health and financial plans, offering access to intuitive and comprehensive health profiles connected to financial solutions.
Before entering the Korean market, Lydia.ai collaborated with Taiwan’s Taishin Bank to offer personalized financial products reflecting users’ health and evolving lifestyles through the Richart Life platform. Earlier this year in Korea, the company successfully participated in Samsung Financial Networks’ C-Lab Outside program as a partner of Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance.
Anthony Lee, co-founder and CEO of Lydia.ai, said, “Our vision at Lydia.ai is to protect the health and prosperity of one billion people by embedding meaningful health insights into their digital journeys. We aim to empower individuals to take healthier steps tailored to their lifestyles. Ultimately, we seek to enrich lives by delivering value across lifestyle dimensions based on actionable health information.”
Minette Navarrete, president of Kickstart Ventures, commented, “This investment underscores Lydia.ai’s ability to seamlessly integrate health—a top priority—and finance into the digital ecosystem. We look forward to seeing millions across Asia, including South Korea, gain access to personalized financial products based on accurate and meaningful health insights.”
