Innovaid Raises $3.75M to Scale Dentlink’s Digital Dental Solutions Worldwide

Innovaid, a South Korean company that operates the digital dental laboratory service Dentlink, has secured a Series A investment of approximately $3.75 million (KRW 5 billion). This funding round follows its pre-Series A investment in early 2023 and was driven by the company’s successful expansion into international markets, including the United States and Australia.

New investors in this round include Murex Partners and Wonik Investment Partners, while existing investors Translink Investment and Big Basin Capital also participated with follow-up investments.

Dentlink, developed by Innovaid, is establishing itself as a global dental laboratory service brand by leveraging digital dentistry technology to provide cross-border dental prosthetics. Since its launch in 2022, Dentlink has expanded its digital dental laboratory solutions to five countries—the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. By integrating advanced technologies such as oral scanners, Dentlink delivers high-quality dental prosthetics to the global market, enabling Korean-made prosthetics to reach international customers at competitive prices through an innovative business model.

Dentlink is compatible with major oral scanners such as 3Shape and Medit, and it provides a CAD design communication solution essential for customized prosthetics. The platform also incorporates AI-based real-time translation technology, ensuring that dentists worldwide receive optimized prosthetic solutions. Additionally, Dentlink has addressed challenges related to time zones, language barriers, and logistics. By leveraging Korea’s advanced dental laboratory infrastructure for global sourcing, the company enables overseas dental clinics to reduce costs by more than 50% while lowering the remake rate from 10% to just 2%.

Innovaid is currently experiencing rapid growth of over 15% per month across five countries and has established a stable global supply network. The company is also collaborating with major implant manufacturers and oral scanner firms to provide dentists with a wide range of tailored laboratory solutions.

With this latest investment, Innovaid plans to accelerate the expansion of its U.S. and Australian subsidiaries while developing additional digital solutions, including full-mouth and esthetic prosthetics, using digital dentistry technology. The company also aims to maximize the efficiency of Korea’s dental prosthetics supply chain and set a new global standard for next-generation dental laboratory services.

Ahn Young-hyun, Senior Analyst at Murex Partners, one of the new investors in this round, commented, “Despite the rapid growth of digital dentistry, there have been few opportunities to bring Korea’s high-quality dental laboratory products to the global market. Innovaid has quickly secured a large number of overseas clients by building an innovative prosthetics request and supply solution for dental professionals worldwide. Given its strong growth potential, we saw a compelling investment opportunity.”

Kook Jin-hyuk, CEO of Innovaid, stated, “Innovaid has successfully demonstrated the value of Dentlink in the global dental market and secured a Series A investment despite challenging market conditions. Moving forward, we will continue to drive innovation and enhance the global reputation of Korea’s dental and dental laboratory technologies.”
