i-ESG, a provider of integrated ESG management solutions for businesses, has successfully closed its Series A funding round. The round was led by Envisioning Partners, with follow-up investment from Springcamp, which had also participated in the company’s seed round.

i-ESG has caught the attention of investors with its comprehensive approach to managing various ESG factors that businesses require, along with its strong potential for global market expansion.

By leveraging AI and big data, i-ESG offers an integrated solution designed specifically for corporate ESG management. The company currently operates six modules—the most in Korea—including ESG diagnostics, automated reporting, data management, supply chain ESG management, and carbon accounting. With advanced AI and data-driven technology applied across all modules, i-ESG continuously enhances the efficiency of data collection and management. It also provides AI-powered feedback, helping clients develop optimal improvement strategies for each ESG category. According to internal analysis, businesses using i-ESG’s solution can complete ESG management tasks more than six times faster and at over 95% lower costs compared to conventional spreadsheet-based manual methods.

Following market validation in key regions such as the U.S., Singapore, Japan, the Middle East, and Australia, we recently established a legal entity in the UAE as part of our full-scale global expansion.” He added, “As demand grows for i-ESG’s specialized ESG data technology and accumulated data, we are actively exploring business opportunities with global IT research firms and data platforms in the UK.”

Originally launched as an in-house venture within POSCO Group, i-ESG spun off as an independent company in 2022.
