Neuromeka, a leading provider of collaborative robots and AI-based automation solutions, has secured a $3.7 million (KRW 5 billion) investment from DN Solutions and formed a strategic partnership.

Neuromeka’s flagship product is its collaborative robot, considered one of the most advanced types of robotic arms. Since its founding in 2013, the company has been developing and refining high-speed, real-time control technology for multi-axis robots. It also has extensive experience in system integration, seamlessly connecting various equipment with robotic systems.
At the core of Neuromeka’s expertise is robot control technology, which monitors and manages robotic movements. This technology synchronizes multiple axes with distinct motions into a single, fluid movement in real time. As a result, it plays a crucial role in enhancing the safety and flexibility of robotic automation systems.
With this investment, the two companies plan to enhance machine tending solutions such as COBOSOL, which automates the loading and unloading of workpieces in machine tools using collaborative robots. Moving forward, they will strategically integrate machine tools with various automation solutions to develop comprehensive systems that significantly improve manufacturing efficiency and the quality of machined products.
Won-jong Kim, CEO of DN Solutions, stated, “Our investment and partnership with Neuromeka mark a pivotal step in our evolution from a machine tool manufacturer to a technology-driven manufacturing solutions provider. This collaboration enables us to deliver fully integrated automation solutions that revolutionize production environments and enhance our customers’ competitiveness.”
Jong-hoon Park, CEO of Neuromeka, added, “Our partnership with DN Solutions represents a significant leap forward for Neuromeka’s automation technology. We are committed to providing innovative solutions that empower manufacturers to build more efficient smart factories.”
