PostArchive Secures Investment from BASS Ventures to Accelerate Global Expansion
A Korean startup PostArchive, which operates the global fashion brand Post Archive Faction (PAF), has secured investment from BASS Ventures. The company had previously received its first funding from Kolon Industries FnC in 2023.

Founded in 2018, PAF stands for a collective dedicated to building an archive that will be preserved in the future. Known for its fusion of experimental aesthetics and practical design, PAF reimagines everyday materials through groundbreaking collections.
The brand quickly gained traction after its launch when global icons such as rapper Kendrick Lamar, designer Virgil Abloh, and model Hailey Bieber were seen wearing PAF pieces. In 2021, it reached the semi-finals of the LVMH Prize, a testament to its rapid rise in the fashion world.
PAF has also made headlines through successful collaborations with sportswear brands like On and District Vision. The label has been named to Hypebeast’s list of the Top 100 global brands and designers for three consecutive years.
With the new funding, PostArchive plans to accelerate its development of new business initiatives, expand into overseas markets, and diversify its product categories. The company aims to leverage its distinct design language and global business sensibility to scale further.
Yang Hyung-joon, Director at BASS Ventures, explained the rationale behind the investment: “PAF has shown exceptional promise in global markets with its unique, beautiful designs, excellent quality, and compelling product appeal. We were drawn to CEO Lim Dong-joon’s unwavering commitment to product excellence and his bold vision to become a top global brand.”
Lim Dong-joon, CEO of PostArchive, remarked, “We believe good products can meaningfully improve people’s lives. Through this investment, we hope to build a brand that brings value and pride to both customers and team members.”
PAF is currently hiring across multiple departments including art direction, design, global sales, and production.
