LaplaceTechnologies Secures Pre-Series A to Expand AI-Powered E-commerce Analytics Platform
LaplaceTechnologies, the company behind the AI-driven e-commerce data analytics SaaS platform Laplace Analytics, has successfully raised pre-Series A funding. The investment round saw participation from BonAngels Venture Partners and Strong Ventures.
Laplace Analytics is a SaaS solution that integrates and analyzes data related to orders, advertising, customers, profits, inventory, and influencers for brands and distributors. By visualizing key metrics, the platform empowers businesses to optimize their marketing and product strategies.
With the newly secured funds, LaplaceTechnologies plans to focus on recruiting specialized talent in data engineering and large-scale data processing, enhancing automated insight generation for e-commerce businesses, expanding influencer analysis capabilities through integration with external platforms like TikTok and YouTube, and developing AI Agent functionalities to interpret unstructured data and automate analytical tasks.

The company excels at collecting and processing customer data at the forefront of its product, enabling real-time feedback and continuous product improvement, which drove our decision to invest.”
George Yoon, Director at Strong Ventures, added, “Having evaluated numerous B2B SaaS companies, we were particularly impressed by LaplaceTechnologies’ 15% month-over-month MRR growth and quarterly profitability, demonstrating rapid achievement of product-market fit. It’s rare to see a team with such tangible momentum, and their execution capabilities were a key factor in our investment decision.”
Byung-min Park, CEO of LaplaceTechnologies, stated, “This funding validates both the market potential and technical prowess of our product. Park’s background includes analyzing financial data at a securities firm, where he built structured data-driven decision-making systems, and working at Kakao, where he handled big data engineering across diverse sectors like gaming, e-commerce, and messaging. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of connecting complex data and transforming it into actionable products. His expertise aligns closely with Laplace Analytics’ vision of becoming an “e-commerce AI Agent.” As a founder with strengths in both technology and business, Park’s ability to rapidly design and iteratively improve practical SaaS solutions is a key asset for the company.
