NobleLogis Secures Pre-Series A Funding to Revolutionize Premium Storage and Moving Services

NobleLogis, the operator of South Korea’s premium storage and moving brand “NobleStorage,” announced it has secured Pre-Series A funding from New Paradigm Investment, with the amount undisclosed.

Founded in 2023, NobleLogis operates nine directly managed centers in the Seoul metropolitan area as of June 2025. By integrating IoT and AI technologies into intelligent indoor storage systems, the company provides differentiated services for safely storing high-value furniture, artwork, and oversized cargo.

Beyond simple storage, NobleLogis leads the premium storage market with a one-stop service integrating “packing-transportation-storage-organization,” significantly reducing customers’ time and costs. Its “one-stop storage and moving service,” covering storage, packing, transportation, and organization, has gained acclaim as an innovative integrated logistics solution that saves time and money.

Recording over USD 0.79 million (KRW 1.1 billion) in revenue in 2024, NobleLogis is growing rapidly and aims to achieve annual revenue of USD 10.71 million (KRW 15 billion) by 2027 through expanding metropolitan centers and advancing automation systems. It has built brand trust through transactions with B2B clients like Seoul National University Children’s Hospital, Starbucks, Ediya Coffee, Sungkyunkwan University, Yonsei University, GS25, BMW, and Baskin Robbins. The company has filed around 20 patents for AI-based storage systems, with five registered.

Unlike traditional urban self-storage, moving companies, or container warehouses, NobleLogis operates indoor facilities and develops proprietary automated stacking systems and AI-driven logistics automation. It is conducting precision tests on its “AI building-type stacking system,” featuring puzzle-like cage structures and forklift-free safety designs, targeting a 2026 launch. This system ensures space efficiency and worker safety, promising to reduce labor costs by 80%, double storage capacity, and cut damage rates by 50%, driving structural innovation in the storage industry.

Jehyun Park, Co-CEO of New Paradigm, stated, “NobleLogis is transforming the inefficiencies and low service quality of the storage industry. Its exceptional technology, market leadership, and customer experience design fuel rapid growth,” explaining the investment rationale.

With this funding, NobleLogis plans to accelerate center expansion in the metropolitan area, enhance logistics automation, and recruit specialized talent. Targeting a 30% share of the container-based short-term storage market, it will focus on expanding enterprise clients in high-value sectors like franchising, offices, art, and interior remodeling.

Woojae Jung, CEO of NobleLogis, said, “Our mission is to innovate inefficient storage environments. This investment will enable us to deliver trusted premium storage infrastructure to more customers and establish ourselves as an automated logistics platform company.”
