SpaceVision AI Secures $2.9M Series A Funding to Enhance Vision AI-Based Audience Analysis Solution
South Korean startup SpaceVision AI, a developer of Vision AI-based audience analysis solutions, has successfully secured approximately USD 2.9 million(KRW 4 billion) in Series A funding. The round saw participation from major investors including Lotte Ventures, Vine Ventures, SmartStudy Ventures, and the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund.
SpaceVision AI provides tailored AI solutions for physical spaces such as digital signage installations, retail stores, and exhibitions. At the core of its technology is a Vision AI system capable of understanding what captures the attention of visitors in an offline environment—be it a product, visual content, or installation.
One of the company’s key differentiators lies in its lightweight, optimized AI models, which enable real-time audience behavior analysis directly on-device, without relying on cloud processing. This not only ensures fast response times but also adheres to strict privacy regulations by minimizing personal data transmission.
Another signature feature is SpaceVision AI’s reporting system, which allows operators to refine content layout and spatial arrangements based on collected behavioral data—such as where visitors look and how they interact.
SpaceVision AI’s solutions have already been adopted by major corporations in Korea and overseas, with proven impact in improving space utilization and customer engagement. Building on this momentum, the company is actively advancing into Japanese and European markets.
Despite a challenging investment climate, industry analysts attribute the funding success to the company’s technological edge, early revenue traction, and strong potential for market scalability.
CEO Dongwook Lee commented, “With this funding, we will further enhance our products and accelerate our global expansion. As the demand for offline customer analytics surges, we are committed to leading the market with the most advanced Vision AI technology available.”
