Mass Adoption Secures Series A Funding to Expand Brand Intelligence Platform ‘VIRCLE’
Mass Adoption, the Korean startup behind the brand growth platform VIRCLE, has successfully closed its Series A funding round, with participation from A Ventures and JB Investment.
VIRCLE—short for “Virtuous Cycle”—has focused on building brand-centered experiences rather than feature-centric tools since its inception. Targeting trend-sensitive sectors such as fashion and lifestyle, Vircle helps brands form meaningful relationships with customers by addressing key stages of the brand journey: identity, fandom, and experience.
Rather than merely analyzing customer experience, VIRCLE has developed infrastructure that ensures consistent delivery of brand messaging across every touchpoint.
Do-Hyung Kim, Investment Manager at JB Investment—who also participated in the startup’s pre-Series A round—remarked: “VIRCLE is not just another SaaS product. It is an end-to-end strategic partner that leverages data and AI to help brands craft identity and experience. Its hybrid approach makes it highly scalable.”
Since launch, VIRCLE has been adopted by leading Korean brands such as ADERERROR, Peaches, OHOS, and BOONTHESHOP, as well as major corporations like LF and SK, and global brands including Lululemon, Hunter, and HOKA. The platform has surpassed 2.5 million brand-to-customer interactions. Leveraging this dataset, VIRCLE tailors AI models to fit each brand’s unique needs, offering advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
Chanwoo Park, CEO of Mass Adoption, stated: “Relationships with customers cannot be measured by short-term metrics. What matters is designing the entire experience in the brand’s own language and delivering it authentically. We’re committed to driving growth for even more brands.”
Looking ahead, VIRCLE aims to evolve beyond feature enhancements and become a full-fledged Brand Intelligence Platform that quantifies and drives brand growth through data.
