Korean startup SURI&, a platform for integrated technical installation and maintenance, has secured investment from the CNTTech-DBDreamBig Fund, formed by CNTTech and DB Capital, a new technology business finance company under the DB Group.
SURI& is advancing a comprehensive technical support system aligned with the digital transformation era, expanding nationwide installation and after-sales services for various industries, including EV chargers, kiosks, POS systems, water purifiers, and vehicle equipment (GPS/DTG). The company has digitized its entire service process through its proprietary CS platform, encompassing customer consultation, technician assignment, real-time KakaoTalk notifications, work history management, and quality feedback. This enables three key innovations: automated customer response, enhanced real-time technician responsiveness, and standardized installation and after-sales service quality.
SURI& operates a technician-exclusive app, a region-based technician pool, and an automated order assignment system to deliver localized services. Its KakaoTalk-based real-time communication system for customers and technicians improves response accuracy and speed, while a dedicated manager system ensures robust post-service feedback management, embodying the company’s core operational values.
DB Capital’s Team Leader Seokmin Kang, who led the investment, stated, “SURI& is a CS platform company that addresses the shortcomings of after-sales service for small and medium-sized appliances, enhancing brand value for manufacturers and consumer convenience. We expect it to grow into a leading integrated platform in the home appliance sector based on its CS expertise.”
CNTTech’s Team Leader Hyunsun Choi added, “CS goes beyond mere customer satisfaction, playing a critical role in securing loyal customers through enhanced experiences. With its extensive experience and expertise, SURI& is poised to become a trusted platform delivering convenience and professionalism to both customers and businesses.”
SURI& CEO Sangchul Song remarked, “SURI& aims to go beyond simple installation services, striving to offer a technology-driven, quality-focused platform. Through synergies with specialized partners, we address diverse technical demands at customer sites and plan to expand our services to include IoT and smart city technologies.”
