Gyeonggi CCEI’s 25 Startups Win CES 2026 Innovation Awards
The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (hereinafter Gyeonggi CCEI) announced that 25 of its incubated startups won Innovation Awards at CES 2026 held in Las Vegas, USA.

Despite significantly stricter judging criteria and record-high competition this year, 25 startups from the Gyeonggi CCEI won innovation awards. This result demonstrates the competitiveness of the center’s global startup nurturing system, which has been systematically built to target global markets from the incubation stage.
At CES 2026, Gyeonggi CCEI’s incubated startups won awards across various innovative industry sectors including AI, mobility, energy, and digital healthcare. Notably, three companies—Geeks Loft, StudioLab, and MANGOSLAB—received the ‘Best of Innovation’ award, CES’s highest honor, proving the center’s systematic cultivation of startups across future industries and achieving tangible results on the international stage.
The Gyeonggi CCEI’s ‘Global Innovation Challenge’ is a practical global expansion nurturing program designed not just to support exhibition participation but to actually attract the attention of investors and global buyers on the global stage. The program helps startups competitively showcase their technology and story on overseas stages through winning global awards such as CES and EDISION.
Wonkyung Kim, CEO of the Gyeonggi CCEI, stated, “The consecutive CES Innovation Awards are the fruition of the Gyeonggi CCEI’s systematic support for domestic startups’ global expansion,” adding, “The center will not stop at awards but will continue to promote global partnerships and commercialization follow-up programs so that domestic startups can actually establish themselves in overseas markets.”
The Gyeonggi CCEI operates a customized support system that extends to the ‘actual landing stage,’ including investment attraction, global partner matching, local market validation (PoC), overseas corporation establishment, and localization for incubated companies through global awards and exhibition programs such as CES.
Through this, the center helps domestic startups secure the technological capabilities, brand competitiveness, and investment and partnership capabilities to compete with global companies. Moving forward, the Gyeonggi CCEI plans to further strengthen its role as a global growth platform for Korean startups based on these achievements.
