Korean Fintech Startup CrossHub Wins Best of Innovation at CES 2026
Korea-based CrossHub has won the Best of Innovation award in the fintech category at CES 2026, the world’s largest technology exhibition. The recognition marks a significant milestone for the Korean startup, officially validating its core identity verification and payment technology on the global stage.

The company’s award-winning “Financial Passport” service tackles a common pain point for international travelers: the difficulty of signing up for apps and making payments during short-term visits abroad.
By combining blockchain-based identity verification “ID Block” with its simple payment solution “B·Pay,” CrossHub enables users to securely link identity verification, digital wallets, and payments through a single identity token. For businesses, the platform streamlines operations by reducing complex KYC and payment integration costs while accelerating global customer onboarding.
“This recognition validates our team’s vision to create a seamless user experience that eliminates the barriers between identity verification and payments,” said Jaeseol Kim, CEO of CrossHub. “We’ll use this momentum to accelerate global partnerships and scale our commercialization efforts.”
