Neubility Raises $17M Series B to Expand Global Robot Service Platform Enhancing Physical AI Robotics Technology

Neubility, a Korean startup specializing in Physical AI-based robot services and platforms, has secured $17 million (25.1 billion KRW) in Series B funding. This brings the company’s total funding to $37.4 million (55 billion KRW), positioning it for a major leap forward as an intelligent robotics platform company.

The round was led by Korea Development Bank, with participation from Envisioning Partners and other leading domestic investors. Notable individual investors include ICF (co-managed with Nextrans), backed by Yoonjae Lee, founder of global mattress company Zinus, along with an international entrepreneur who has made significant contributions to the global mobile gaming industry.

With this funding, Neubility is expanding its identity beyond an autonomous robot company to become a full-fledged Physical AI enterprise that implements artificial intelligence in the physical world. Through its autonomous delivery robot “Neubie” and various robot services operating in real-world environments, Neubility has been advancing its Physical AI capabilities, enabling robots to independently perceive, judge, and respond to situations. The extensive field data and proven commercialization experience accumulated through this process have become Neubility’s differentiated technological assets and were key factors in securing this investment.

To date, Neubility has secured over 142 service sites, accumulating valuable data in complex urban environments. The company has achieved particularly impressive results in robot delivery services directly tied to profitability. Its reorder rate, indicating customer satisfaction, reached 80%—a 22% increase year-over-year—demonstrating competitiveness as a sustainable business model beyond mere technological validation.

Neubility plans to allocate the new funding toward three core priorities: enhancing and expanding coverage of its urban logistics and delivery Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform, accelerating global market entry for patrol robots in North America and Saudi Arabia, and developing humanoid robot technology to assist human workers.

The company has already proven the competitiveness of its camera-based autonomous driving technology in Korean urban environments, operating the largest number of outdoor robot services in the country. Building on this foundation, Neubility is rapidly expanding its global footprint through patrol robots while extending beyond simple mobility platforms into humanoid technology to secure future growth engines.

Sangmin Lee, CEO of Neubility, stated, “This investment validates that the robot service experience and Physical AI capabilities we’ve accumulated over recent years are competitive not only domestically but also in global markets. With these resources, we’ll expand the intelligence technology accumulated through delivery and patrol robots into humanoid robots, scale our robot services both domestically and internationally, and achieve a technological leap as a Physical AI company connecting the physical world with artificial intelligence.”Neubility is actively pursuing international expansion through partnerships with major companies in Japan and Saudi Arabia, aiming to enter the pre-IPO stage based on sustainable growth and technological advancement.
