NVENTRIC, a South Korean medical device company specializing in vascular intervention, has closed a pre-IPO funding round totaling approximately $22.6 million (KRW 34.5 billion).

The round drew fourteen new institutional backers, including Loftyrock Investment, Moneyball Ventures, Moneyball Partners, Scale-up Partners, Shinhan Venture Investment, Shinhan Capital, IPS Ventures, AJU IB Investment, HB Investment, LB Investment, Quad Asset Management, Pacific Capital, Flexus Partners, and Heungkuk Securities. Among these, Shinhan Capital, IPS Ventures, Quad Asset Management, and Heungkuk Securities are existing investors who participated as follow-on backers.
NVENTRIC has posted cumulative revenue of approximately $3.9 million (KRW 6 billion) over the past four years, achieving a compound annual growth rate(CAGR) of 52.9% during that period. The company plans to deploy the new capital toward strengthening R&D capabilities, expanding manufacturing infrastructure, and entering global markets. On the product front, NVENTRIC has secured regulatory approval from Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for two key neurovascular devices: the distal access catheter EVOGLIDE and the stent retriever ULTRIVA, establishing a core lineup for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
NVENTRIC has also appointed Kiwoom Securities as its lead underwriter for a planned Kosdaq listing, signaling that IPO preparations are now moving in earnest.
“This investment validates the market’s confidence in NVENTRIC’s technology and growth potential,” said co-CEOs Jiyoung Min and Sungwoo Min. “We will use the proceeds to accelerate our global expansion and push forward with our IPO preparations.”
