The round attracted investment funds managed by BNK Venture Investment, SPACETIME Investment, The Hahm Partners, IBK Capital, and BlueCorner Capital. Beyless plans to deploy the proceeds to accelerate core new businesses—including automotive-controller software, defense solutions, and LiDAR-based systems—and to advance its initial public offering (IPO) preparations.

Beyless has appointed NH Investment & Securities as its listing underwriter and is working toward a 2027 KOSDAQ debut by strengthening internal governance and operational competitiveness.

In 2025 Beyless posted revenue of approximately 20 billion won, and in the first half of 2026 it recorded 11.3 billion won in sales—a 51 percent increase over the 7.5 billion won earned in the same period the previous year.

“Working with NH Investment & Securities, we are preparing systematically for our KOSDAQ listing,” said Beyless CEO Hyung-jun Kim. “Leveraging our high-reliability embedded software expertise, we will build a complete Software Defined Mobility ecosystem across automotive, edge devices, and defense, establishing ourselves as a global embedded-systems software leader.”

Beyless continues to expand its presence in domestic and international mobility markets, supported by differentiated technology and accumulated operational experience. The company is pursuing sustained R&D and new-business development to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving mobility landscape while broadening its platform across automotive, edge devices, and defense sectors to enhance global growth potential.

Investment activity in the defense sector remains brisk. In July RF-module specialist JLABS raised 12 billion won in pre-IPO funding from E&F Private Equity and Kiwoom Capital, and mobility-infrastructure company Moove secured USD 250 million in funding led by Mubadala Investment Company, achieving a USD 2.1 billion valuation.
