Event planning and field operations
We partner with event specialists to organize your event, including event planning, key visuals, and even run the event itself. All you need to do is deliver your event concept and we’ll take care of everything.
Promote events and recruit participants
Prior to the event, we promote Demo Day and recruit event participants through Demo Day announcement articles, banner ads on the WowTail website and newsletter (WowLetter). We also publish a Demo Day on-site sketch article after the event.
Interview with the Demo Day team
WowTale publishes interview articles about the founding teams participating in Demo Day in advance, so that investors and stakeholders can learn more about them before attending the event.
Invite investors
Separate invitations are sent to over 4,000 investors, startup support organizations, and open innovation managers of large companies who subscribe to WowTail to attract interested investors.

WOW IR Day
WowTale organizes its own Demo Day once a month. This is an offline demo day that connects investors with the WowTogether interview team. We send out separate invitations to investors who are WowTale subscribers, and we’ve had over 60 investors attend each event.

2023 PR Day – Last Man Standing
The demo day was co-hosted by Postech Holdings and Seoul National University. We came up with key visuals based on the concept of two schools facing off against each other and designed the venue concept accordingly. Eight teams from four fields participated in the demo day.
We published interviews with eight teams a week before the demo day, promoted the event through our newsletter, and had a great turnout of over 300 people.

PR Day 2022 – Rather Good
This event was held as a demo day for Postech Holdings’ acceleration program. It was the first offline demo day held after the end of the pandemic, and WowTale worked with an event company to create the concept and key visuals for the event, as well as the overall operation of the offline event.
More than 150 people attended the demo day, including investors and others, thanks to pre-interview disclosure of the teams participating in the demo day and promotion through our newsletter.
