Atinum Investment Leads $7 Million Series A Extension Round for SleekFlow


A Korean venture capital company, Atinum Investment announced on the 21st that it has invested in SleekFlow, a Singapore-based company developing an omni-channel conversational AI solution.

This latest investment is part of a $7 million(9.3 billion KRW) Series A extension round led by Atinum Investment. Existing investors, including Gobi Partners‘ GBA-managed AEF Greater Bay Area Fund and Transcend Capital Partners, also participated. Moreover, Moses Tsang, former general partner of Goldman Sachs Group and former chairman of Goldman Sachs Asia LLC, joined as a new investor. With this, SleekFlow has secured a total of $15 million(20 billion KRW) in cumulative investment.

Founded in 2019, SleekFlow has been developing an omni-channel conversational solution that allows businesses to efficiently manage customer inquiries from various messaging channels and social media through a unified interface. It supports various messaging channels and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and WeChat, providing a unified platform for managing customer inquiries.

Additionally, the company offers fast and convenient customer management features, including AI-powered analysis of customer inquiries, routing inquiries to the appropriate teams within the organization, and generating automated responses. The platform seamlessly connects customer conversations, product recommendations, sales, and payments, offering benefits such as increased sales for businesses and convenient and quick access to product information for customers.

SleekFlow plans to accelerate its global expansion with the funds raised in this round. Beyond the Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysian markets, the company plans to actively expand its customer base to the Middle East and Europe. Furthermore, to meet the growing needs of its global customers, SleekFlow intends to further accelerate the development of its AI technology, strengthening customer analysis and marketing functions.

Henson Chai, CEO of SleekFlow, said: “SleekFlow has recently recruited Gao Lei, a veteran developer from LinkedIn China, as our CTO, significantly strengthening our development capabilities. We are striving to lead the way in the conversational AI field.” He added, “Fueled by this investment, we plan to develop a fully automated omni-channel platform applicable to various industries such as insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, and services.”

Nam In-hyung, Director at Atinum Investment who leads investments in Southeast Asia, said: “We decided to invest in SleekFlow because it is a globally competitive company that offers the features and technologies that corporate customers need in the rapidly growing CRM market.” He continued, “As SleekFlow is expanding its business to new markets such as the Middle East and South America, we plan to provide full support for its global expansion.”
