KISED’s Global Relay IR in Paris and London Links Korean Startups with European Investors

The Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED), in collaboration with deep-tech startups, hosted the “Global Relay UK-France IR” event in Paris, France, from September 6 to 9. The event attracted over 30 European investors and industry experts.

The “Global Relay IR” is part of Korea’s “DIPS 1000+ project,” designed to support global investment for advanced technology startups. Launched this year in response to increasing global competition in deep-tech, the program has previously been held in Singapore and Tokyo.

Co-organized by KISED and PEN Ventures Korea, the event connected European investors with South Korean startups in fields such as robotics, future mobility, and eco-friendly energy. Participating startups included SeoulDynamics, Speedfloor, V-SPACE, Faraday, STARKOFF, and Terracle.

At the London event, Speedfloor, a company developing automated logistics systems using digital transformation technology, received positive feedback from experts and was introduced to European investors. In Paris, one expert expressed particular interest in 5G SeoulDynamics, which is developing remote and autonomous modular mobility robots.

Jang-hoon Lee, head of KISED’s Scale-Up Division, stated that the program helped establish a strong foundation for Korean startups to successfully enter the European market. He added that KISED will continue to provide support to boost the global competitiveness of these startups.
