TIM Robotics, a deep-tech robotics startup specializing in industrial mobile robots, has secured seed funding from Mashup Ventures and Seoul Techno Holdings. The amount was not disclosed.

TIM Robotics provides industrial mobile robot solutions and was co-founded by a team of PhDs and master’s graduates from Seoul National University and KAIST. The team has expertise not only in robotics software but also in global commercialization.
Founded in February 2024, TIM Robotics has developed core autonomous driving software based on SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology and has completed on-site demonstrations for clients. Currently, they are developing an autonomous forklift capable of operating in Brownfield environments, which are not designed for mobile robots, using robust sensor fusion and environment-aware autonomous work technologies.
Seungmin Baek, CEO of TIM Robotics, stated, “With this investment, we will accelerate product development and rapidly grow our business. Our goal is to revolutionize the industrial mobile robot market with products that provide true value to people.”
