Galloping, a Korean company specializing in AI-based soccer training analysis solutions, has secured Pre-Series A funding of KRW 1 billion (approximately $750,000) through partnerships with The Invention Lab, Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), and the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KODIT).
The Invention Lab participated as an initial investor, with KOSME contributing KRW 300 million (about $225,000) and KODIT investing KRW 500 million (around $375,000). This funding highlights Galloping’s innovative AI technology and its strong potential for market growth.
Galloping’s flagship solution, AI SOCCER, utilizes Vision AI to enhance the efficiency of soccer training through advanced training analysis. This investment strengthens the company’s foundation for expanding AI SOCCER globally and advancing its technology.
A representative from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund stated, “Galloping has remarkable growth potential and is transforming traditional soccer training methods with its AI technology. We invested because we believe in Galloping’s vision and technological capabilities, and we will continue to support the company as it works to establish a leading position in the global sports market.”
Lee-kyung Son, CEO of Galloping, expressed gratitude, saying, “We are thrilled that Galloping’s technological expertise and global growth potential have been recognized by various institutions, including the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund. We will continue to focus on expanding and advancing our technology to meet the demands of the global market.”
