The Beans (Bean Crunchy), a Korean company that developed peanut butter using locally sourced Yeoju peanuts, has secured seed funding from Newkids Investment.

The Beans is a food product company that has been strengthening its position in the domestic food market, achieving a 300% increase in sales compared to the previous year. The company has enhanced its product lineup with items such as Protein Cocoa Peanut Butter Sticks and Protein Cocoa Cookies, while also improving market competitiveness through new product launches and reductions in production costs. Recognized for its strong potential for revenue growth, including plans to expand exports to Southeast Asia and China, the company successfully attracted investment.
Han Wan-hee, CEO of Newkids Investment, stated, “For promising and prepared early-stage entrepreneurs, what they need to take the next step is the ‘opportunity’ provided from outside. We are pleased that this investment can open new horizons of opportunity for Bean Crunchy.”
