GLORANG announced on the 25th that it has secured a strategic investment (SI) of approximately $1.5 million (KRW 2 billion) from i-Scream Media. As part of this investment, the two companies have signed a joint business agreement and plan to expand their presence in both domestic and international education markets, with a focus on educational collaboration projects.

i-Scream Media operates a range of public education-focused services, including ‘i-Scream S’, a classroom content and learning materials platform used by over 95% of elementary schools in Korea. Other offerings include textbooks, an online teacher training center, i-Scream Mall, and platforms such as HiClass, ThinkerBell, and Classtool.
Together, the two companies are setting their sights on the global edtech market. Leveraging i-Scream Media’s extensive experience in international exhibitions and trade shows, as well as its broad global partner network, they plan to expand into key Asian markets, including Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Meanwhile, Glorang is developing an AI-powered diagnostic assessment SaaS platform designed for a wide range of users, from children as young as six to adults. The platform aims to meet the needs of local educational institutions with advanced features such as AI-driven consultations and big data analysis.
An i-Scream Media representative stated, “By utilizing our accumulated expertise in AI technology, content, planning, and operations—gained through years of leading the public education market—we aim to scale Glorang’s AI diagnostic assessments and real-time live education capabilities to a global level. Through meaningful collaborations, such as jointly securing international projects, we will strengthen the market influence of both companies.”
As part of their joint business efforts, the two companies plan to pursue large-scale public-private education partnerships and international public education projects together.
The i-Scream Media representative added, “Glorang’s extensive diagnostic data and platform present a significant opportunity for us. Through this collaboration, we hope to drive innovation not only in public education but also in home education, ultimately contributing to the overall growth of the education ecosystem.”
