OLIM PLANET, a South Korean XR (Extended Reality) technology company, announced on the 11th that it has submitted a preliminary review application for its KOSDAQ listing. The listing is being underwritten by DAISHIN Securities.  

Founded in 2015, OLIM PLANET has developed and commercialized 3D Data Packaging and Web Streaming Technology, an XR content optimization solution that enhances accessibility to XR experiences. This technology was the first in the industry to receive New Excellent Technology (NET) certification from the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards under the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy last year and currently holds eight related patents.  

To date, the company has secured total investments of approximately $19.6 million (KRW 26.2 billion) and generated cumulative revenue of around $44.9 million (KRW 60 billion), achieving an average annual growth rate of 47%. This strong performance earned OLIM PLANET recognition as one of the Asia-Pacific High-Growth Companies for two consecutive years (2022-2023).  

Leveraging its XR technology, OLIM PLANET has built critical infrastructure for XR content expansion through its three main business areas: ELYPECS, a B2B total XR solution; XROO, a cloud-based XR content software; and XROMEDA, an XR fandom platform.
