11C Secures $1.8M Pre-Series A to Standardize Space Operation Automation Platform

South Korean startup 11C, operator of the space operation automation platform ‘Keeper’, has raised approximately USD 1.8 million(KRW 2.5 billion) pre-Series A investment from SJ Investment Partners.

11C provides a B2B SaaS solution designed to automate recurring operational tasks—such as cleaning, inspection, and settlement—across a wide range of physical spaces, including hospitality properties, unmanned retail stores, and co-working offices.

With this fresh capital, 11C aims to further expand its Keeper platform beyond digital housekeeping transformation (housekeeping DX). The startup plans to add new service features such as integrated procurement for linens and consumables, job matching for housekeeping staff and automation of hotel Property Management System (PMS) integrations

These expansions will support 11C’s broader goal of standardizing operational practices across South Korea’s space operation SaaS market.

Sangmin Kim, Executive Director at SJ Investment Partners, commented, “11C is a rare operations-focused SaaS startup that understands both technology and on-the-ground realities. The company has demonstrated strong execution in sectors requiring digital transformation, and we believe this investment lays a solid foundation for significant growth.”

Donghee Lee, CEO of 11C, said “Keeper was born from firsthand experience with operational challenges, and it has now become a central tool for nationwide housekeeping automation. This investment will allow us to enhance the platform and recruit top talent as we push to establish a technological standard for space operations in Korea.”

As of now, 11C provides its services to approximately 71 lodging facilities across the country. The company targets the conversion of 10,000 rooms and partnerships with over 20 cleaning service providers by 2025.
