NearSolution, a Korean startup offering the intelligent WES (Warehouse Execution System) solution “NearSolomon,” has raised approximately USD 2.5 million(KRW 3.5 billion) in Series A funding. The round was led by Hyosung Ventures and Union Investment Partners.
NearSolution provides a suite of AI-powered logistics optimization solutions, including NearSolomon for intelligent logistics execution, NearWES for warehouse operations, NearView for digital twin and data visualization, and NearGO—a software-only picking solution. The company also offers various AI-driven service modules tailored for warehouse intelligence.
In 2024, NearSolution achieved TI-1 grade in its technology valuation and holds copyrights and certifications for its WES solution and cloud-based services. Its technical competence and market potential in SaaS logistics have earned it recognition as a “Preliminary Star Enterprise” in Korea.
The company’s solutions are already deployed by leading logistics and food conglomerates, major home appliance brands, and a range of e-commerce fulfillment centers. NearSolution continues to expand its business through partnerships with global and domestic logistics automation leaders such as CLOiBot, Musshiny, XYZ Robotics, LogisALL Consulting, Twiny, and JIN Corporation.
With the new funding, NearSolution plans to recruit top talent across key domains, launch new products powered by AI and large language models (LLMs), and further refine its cloud architecture and data analytics platform. It will also intensify its SaaS sales strategy.
NearSolution is also strengthening its R&D and patent portfolio, aiming to build a clear technical edge. In the long term, the company will roll out intelligent modules for mid- and small-sized logistics centers, integrate WES with humanoid and logistics robots, and introduce generative AI-powered decision support systems. These advancements will support the company’s global expansion and entry into the manufacturing sector.
Hyosung Ventures and Union Investment Partners noted, “Nearsolution’s SaaS-based WES business will drive intelligent process optimization in logistics and manufacturing automation, becoming the go-to integrated SaaS solution for Korean enterprises even in complex environments.”
Cho Yong-Deok, Executive Vice President and CBO of NearSolution, added, “Software-defined factories are rapidly emerging, starting with Tesla and spreading to companies like Hyundai Motor. Nearsolution aims to overcome the limits of traditional facility-centered operations through AI-powered process design. We will lead the ‘Software Defined Warehouse (SDW)’ era and accelerate our journey toward a planned IPO by 2028.”
