Toss Lab Partners with Vision Inc. to Accelerate JANDI’s Expansion in Japan


Toss Lab, the company behind the business collaboration tool JANDI, announced today a strengthened partnership with its Japanese counterpart, Vision Inc., to significantly expand the adoption of JANDI AI within the Japanese market.

Vision Inc., a telecommunications service company listed on the Prime Market of the Japan Exchange (JPX), is a global communications platform providing overseas data communication services to over 200 countries and a wide range of B2B services. Currently, approximately 2,000 of its employees and partners utilize JANDI.

Since forming a partnership in 2019 to target Japan’s enterprise collaboration tool market, Toss Lab and Vision Inc. have spearheaded JANDI’s expansion in the country, leveraging local sales networks and customer support capabilities. By the end of 2024, JANDI’s sales in Japan grew by 20% year-on-year, solidifying its position in the Japanese collaboration tool market.

Vision Inc. has actively contributed to enhancing the user experience for Japanese users by providing feedback on JANDI’s localization features, including Japanese language support, Yen-based payments, and Japanese emoticons. Furthermore, Vision Inc. is actively integrating JANDI AI into its own AI transformation initiatives.

Vision Inc. is utilizing JANDI AI for internal system problem-solving and company-wide information sharing. It is also expanding its AI applications to various business areas, such as summarizing customer service history, automatic categorization, and decision-making support.
