Achievemoment Secures Seed Funding to Transform HR with AI and Data

Achievemoment, a startup transforming recruitment and talent development through AI-powered project data analysis, has secured a seed investment from The Invention Lab. The investment amount was not disclosed. The company was also selected for the TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup) program, backed by Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups, upon recommendation from The Invention Lab.

Through its proprietary platform ‘Blaybus’, Achievemoment collects and analyzes vast amounts of data generated during real project execution to objectively assess soft skills such as diligence, problem-solving, and collaboration. This enables companies to move beyond traditional HR practices—relying on resumes, interviews, and aptitude tests—and instead make hiring and development decisions based on real-world performance data.

Achievemoment is also developing a vertical AI agent for the HR domain that seamlessly integrates hiring, onboarding, talent development, and internal mobility into a single data-driven workflow. This AI agent provides precise analysis of individual traits and competencies, delivers personalized task recommendations and career roadmaps, and automatically matches candidates to roles based on a company’s ideal talent profile. This empowers organizations to make complex HR decisions faster and with greater scientific accuracy.

Minsoo Kim, Director at The Invention Lab, who led the seed investment, said, “Achievemoment is redefining the HR space by connecting every people-related decision—from recruitment to growth and redeployment—through data and AI. With support from the TIPS program, we expect them to establish a strong competitive edge in the global HR SaaS market.”

Kihyun Kim, CEO of Achievemoment, added, “We’re not just building a tool for recruitment—we’re pioneering a new HR culture that links individual growth with business performance. Through the TIPS program, we’ll further enhance our AI agent to create an environment where both companies and individuals can thrive through data-driven decision making.”
