Fastlane Secures $ 7.3M Series C Funding to Scale ‘YeoTi’ Aesthetic Treatment Platform
Fastlane, a South Korean startup operating the aesthetic treatment information and booking platform Yeoshin Ticket, has successfully secured approximately USD 73 million(KRW 10 billion) in Series C funding. The company’s cumulative institutional funding now totals USD 19.2 million(KRW 26.3 billion).
This Series C round, structured as a pre-IPO investment, attracted participation from seven investors: Korea Development Bank, T Investment, Comes Investment, iM Investment Partners, AFW Partners, Mobydick Asset Management, and Hill Spring Investment. Investors recognized Yeoshin Ticket’s strong growth trajectory and high-quality service experience in the rapidly expanding aesthetic treatment market.
Fastlane CEO Seungwoo Son stated, “We are preparing for a KOSDAQ listing in the first half of 2027 by strengthening our internal organization and expanding our business portfolio. Through the IPO, we aim to accelerate global expansion, broaden our service regions and treatment categories, and continue driving sustainable growth.”
Launched in 2017, Yeoshin Ticket provides treatment information, pricing, and user reviews for over 27,000 dermatology clinics across South Korea. As of the first half of this year, the app recorded 3.6 million downloads, 850,000 accumulated members, and 530,000 monthly active users (MAU). Since last year, the company has launched global versions of the app in China, the United States, and Japan to capture international users. Currently, Yeoshin Ticket maintains over 40,000 overseas MAU, representing a 173.4% increase compared to the same period last year.
Leveraging operational expertise built through Yeoshin Ticket, Fastlane plans to further expand its business scope. The company aims to broaden its service regions and treatment categories while strengthening partnerships with online travel agencies, hotels, and travel operators. Recently, it also launched an AI-based skin diagnosis service, Skin Research Lab, signaling an expansion into the broader digital healthcare domain.
