ONDA Raises $5.4 Million Series B Bridge to Accelerate AI-Driven Hospitality Transformation
South Korean hospitality–AI company ONDA has secured an approximately USD 5.4 million(KRW 7.5 billion) in a Series B bridge round. Existing investors—including GoWid and Square Ventures—participated again, reaffirming their confidence in ONDA’s strong growth trajectory, while Vision Equity Partners joined as a new investor. The company will deploy the proceeds to further advance its AI-powered product stack and reinforce its market leadership.

Under the vision of “shaping a better tomorrow for the lodging industry,” ONDA is the leading hospitality technology company spearheading AI-driven transformation across the sector. Its solutions enable all stakeholders in the accommodation business to operate with greater efficiency and anticipate future value through advanced technology.
Key offerings include ONDA HUB, an online unified distribution platform; PensionPlus, a PMS (property management system) dedicated to small- and mid-scale lodging operators such as pensions; and HotelPlus, a next-gen channel manager (CMS) for standard hotels. In addition, ONDA was the first in Korea to provide a SaaS-based CRS (central reservation system) that integrates a booking engine (BE), enabling chain hotels to manage reservations and distribution centrally from headquarters.
ONDA holds Korea’s largest room-inventory database and proprietary multi-channel distribution technology. It was named the first Korean company ever to be recognized as a “Global PMS Vendor” by U.S. travel intelligence firm Skift. In 2024, it was selected as a Preferred Partner by both Trip.com and Booking.com, and has also been recognized for two consecutive years as a top partner by Airbnb — further validating its technological excellence in the global market.
“We deeply appreciate the investors who believed in ONDA’s vision and AI potential,” said ONDA CEO Hyunseok Oh. “This funding will serve as a springboard for launching transformative AI products that deliver tangible operational efficiencies to lodging operators, accelerating the realization of a better future for the hospitality industry.”As of May 2025, ONDA has accumulated 5.4 million total bookings and now integrates with more than 60 distribution partners. In July 2025, the company launched a beta version of its AI Agent for small-scale lodging operators and confirmed that it plans to roll out the full commercial service in the second half of this year.
