ONDA Secures Series B Bridge Round Backed by Gowid to Advance Hospitality AI
South Korea-based hospitality AI company ONDA has completed a Series B bridge funding round. The round was led by B2B credit fintech firm Gowid, which played a central role in the deal, recognizing ONDA’s strong growth potential and solid business fundamentals. Existing investors also participated, although the total investment amount remains undisclosed.

Founded in 2016, ONDA is a B2B AI SaaS company providing solutions for hotels and lodging businesses. At the core of its offerings is ONDA Hub, an integrated sales platform that covers 60–70% of Korea’s online accommodation sales market.
Gowid, a fintech company supplying corporate cards to more than 3,500 businesses, recorded approximately USD 510 million (KRW 700 billion) in credit transactions in 2024 and is targeting USD 1.45 billion (KRW 2 trillion) this year. Known for extending bold credit lines to high-potential companies, Gowid’s investment in ONDA is part of its broader strategy to expand support for promising startups.
ONDA plans to further strengthen its services for small and mid-sized accommodation providers and accelerate the development of AI Transformation (AX) solutions to improve operational and sales efficiency. In particular, ONDA is preparing to launch a specialized AI Agent for the hospitality sector in the first half of the year, combining large language model (LLM) technology with operational data from lodging businesses.
Hyunseok Oh, CEO of ONDA, commented, “Support from an investor like Gowid, who shares our vision, is a tremendous boost to our innovation journey. This investment allows us to focus on developing an AI Agent service that will help small and mid-sized operators—many of whom have struggled with adopting digital tools—dramatically enhance operational efficiency.”
He added, “We aim to empower operators of motels, pensions, and pool villas—often managed by small teams—to run their businesses more smartly and efficiently with the help of AI.”
ONDA is a leading hospitality tech and data company in Korea, covering roughly 60–70% of the domestic online room distribution market. It has built strong partnerships with global tech giants, becoming Korea’s first official preferred partner of Airbnb and Trip.com, and was named a 2024 Advanced Connectivity Partner by Booking.com.
ONDA was also the first Korean company to be ranked among Skift’s “Global PMS Vendors,” placing 34th. The company was selected for the Korean government’s Baby Unicorn Plus program and was recognized for three consecutive years through 2024 on the Financial Times’ list of High-Growth Companies in Asia-Pacific.
