BIOCONNECT Wins CES 2026 Innovation Award for Contactless Vital Sign Measurement Technology

Digital healthcare company BIOCONNECT has been named an Honoree at the ‘CES 2026 Innovation Awards‘. The award-winning product, VitalTracker, uses cameras and vision AI to analyze subtle blood flow changes in the face, enabling contactless measurement of key vital signs including heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), oxygen saturation (SpO₂), blood pressure, and stress levels. The company’s VitalPlatform, which offers data collection, analysis, visualization, and API/SDK integration, was also recognized for its scalability and real-world applicability. The award falls under the ‘Products in Support of Human Security for All’ category, acknowledging the technology’s potential to enhance safety and health monitoring in everyday environments.

VitalTracker requires no additional sensors, making it ideal for settings with hygiene concerns or limited space. The technology can be embedded into various devices including kiosks and smart mirrors, while VitalPlatform provides an administrator dashboard and supports seamless integration with third-party services through API/SDK connectivity. Enhanced accessibility features such as high-contrast UI, voice guidance, and large fonts ensure an inclusive user experience across public facilities, welfare centers, and industrial workplaces.

“VitalTracker and VitalPlatform make health monitoring convenient in diverse living and working environments through their contactless, consumable-free design,” said Yeon-jun Kim, CEO of BIOCONNECT. “This CES Innovation Award validates not just our technology, but also its practical applicability and platform scalability. We’re committed to expanding our vision of ‘connecting invisible health through technology’ with more partners worldwide.”

Building on CES 2026 as a springboard, BIOCONNECT plans to accumulate export references through collaborations with public welfare, industrial safety, and corporate partners in Korea, Japan, and the United States, while expanding export channels by pursuing SDK embedding contracts with global OEMs.
