Gaudio Lab Secures Two CES 2026 Innovation Awards, Marking Fourth Consecutive Year
AI audio specialist Gaudio Lab announced on November 5th that its content localization and remastering AI solution, ‘Gaudio Studio Pro’, has won two CES 2026 Innovation Awards. The company earned recognition in both the Filmmaking & Distribution (in partnership with Cannes Next) and Enterprise Tech categories.

This marks Gaudio Lab’s fourth consecutive year receiving CES Innovation Awards, bringing its total to six awards. The company continues to demonstrate the distinctiveness of its audio technology on the international stage, with each of its products and technologies earning innovation honors and solidifying its position as an industry leader.
This year’s award-winning Gaudio Studio Pro represents a significant milestone, embodying the complete integration of Gaudio Lab’s AI audio technologies. The solution consolidates the fragmented workflows required for content localization—including dubbing, music replacement, and subtitles—into a single platform. Users simply upload a video, and the AI engine automatically separates dialogue, music, and sound effects. From these cleanly separated elements, the platform enables background music replacement, AI dubbing, subtitle generation, noise removal, and music cue sheet creation, dramatically streamlining what has traditionally been a time-consuming remastering process.
The solution excels particularly in separating dialogue and music in conversation scenes with vocal music playing in the background, a challenge that many competing services struggle with. Gaudio Studio Pro demonstrates approximately twice the performance of its competitors in this area. The technology is already being deployed for various applications, including remastering broadcast content for global export, resolving copyright issues through background music replacement, restoring and re-releasing classic films, and professional remixing and remastering.
Gaudio Studio Pro is also playing a key role in the ‘AI Dubbing-Specialized K-FAST Distribution Support Project’, organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Information and Communication Industry Association. With a total budget of $5.6 million (8 billion KRW), the project targets the rapidly growing global FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming TV) market, which is emerging as the next-generation OTT platform amid evolving global streaming ecosystems. The initiative leverages AI-based localization technology to establish AI dubbing-specialized K-FAST channels, expanding K-media and content into global markets while advancing AI media technology capabilities.
Despite global enthusiasm for K-content hits like ‘K-Pop Demon Hunters’ and ‘Squid Game’, swift global content distribution has been hindered by localization and remastering processes that can take several months per title. Gaudio Lab has addressed this bottleneck by integrating world-class AI separation, text sync, and music replacement technologies into a unified solution. The company’s technologies are already deployed in Korea’s leading services, including Naver, MBC, and Melon.
Gaudio Studio Pro further validated its market potential at IBC (International Broadcasting Convention) held in the Netherlands last September, where live demonstrations to global customers generated enthusiastic responses.
Hyun-oh Oh, CEO of Gaudio Lab, commented, “As K-content’s popularity expands into broader Korean culture—from K-chicken to K-beauty—rapid content localization and global distribution have become more critical than ever. With our world-class AI audio technology, we’re positioned to respond nimbly to market demands and continue expanding Gaudio Studio Pro’s capabilities.”
