PMC defines the relationship between artists and entertainment companies as a horizontal partnership, maximizing synergy through project collaboration.

Based on this model, Suerte operates an integrated system spanning from artist identity planning to production, marketing, and commerce. Through this strategic design, the company expands artists’ worldviews and brand value while driving IP asset development.

Unlike the traditional entertainment industry centered on exclusive contracts, Suerte presents a new entertainment paradigm that guarantees artists’ creative autonomy and IP ownership through a horizontal structure where artists and management form partnerships. Through the PMC model, artists and entertainment companies jointly own IP rights and distribute profits transparently and fairly based on project performance.

This reduces entertainment companies’ fixed costs and human resource risks while ensuring stable income and creative independence for artists. Based on this foundation, Suerte is building a symbiotic entertainment ecosystem where mutual benefits are balanced.

With this investment, Suerte plans to establish the PMC model as an industry standard and strengthen its competitiveness as an IP hub. To achieve this, the company will build a data-driven decision-making system to analyze IP performance, expand domestic and international partnerships, and accelerate global market entry.

Additionally, Suerte plans to expand collaborations with artists from one-person agencies and small labels to improve inefficient outsourced production structures and create an environment where each creator’s uniqueness is respected. Ultimately, Suerte aims to help artists independently manage their IP from project planning to monetization, and further grow into a fandom-centered platform encompassing content, community, and commerce.
