Besideme Raises Seed Funding to Build AI-Powered Senior Expert Subscription Platform ReLa.LAB
Besideme, a Korean startup operating senior expert subscription service ReLa.LAB, has secured seed funding from impact investor MYSC. The investment amount was not disclosed.

ReLa.LAB is a subscription-based expert platform that structures seniors’ careers and experience through AI and connects them to projects needed by companies and institutions. Businesses can subscribe to senior experts as mentors, consultants, or project partners when needed, while seniors gain access to sustainable economic activity rather than one-off jobs.
While existing senior employment or mentoring services often remain limited to education or short-term matching, ReLa.LAB focuses on transforming senior experience into practical growth resources for companies through its B2B expert subscription model.
The platform’s core lies in its AX (Automation·AI) operating structure. ReLa.LAB has completed building an AI mentor profiler that structures seniors’ careers, achievements, and expertise into data, analyzing senior experts’ capabilities through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Currently, the company is developing features to automatically match suitable experts by analyzing corporate and institutional project information based on profile data, as well as systems that automate operations including contracts, schedule management, and result reports. The phased development targets first-half 2026 implementation.
Through this, ReLa.LAB plans to complete a scalable expert subscription platform structure, moving away from labor-intensive operations.
MYSC evaluated that ReLa.LAB possesses a differentiated expert subscription model based on data and AI in the rapidly growing senior talent market within an aging society. Key investment factors included the structure that transforms senior experience into corporate productivity and growth resources beyond simple matching-type jobs, scalability through B2B subscription models connectable with local governments and public institutions (B2G), and operational efficiency through AI-based automation systems.
Minjeong Kang, CEO of Besideme, stated, “Senior experience represents accumulated expertise, making it the resource companies and startups need most. Through this investment, we will advance our AI-based expert subscription platform and expand structures where seniors can perform substantial roles in industrial settings.”
With this funding, ReLa.LAB plans to focus on advancing AI matching and operational automation, expanding the senior expert pool with tier system implementation, extending subscription-based mentoring services for companies, and strengthening models connecting with local governments and public institutions.
Meanwhile, ReLa.LAB is currently experimenting with new career tracks through a pilot ‘Senior Accelerator Training Program’ operated jointly with MYSC, enabling seniors to work as mentors, investment committee members, and accelerators in the startup ecosystem.
