AiderX Secures $6.82M Pre-Series A to Build AI Infrastructure for Customer Behavior Prediction

AiderX, a Korean AI infrastructure startup specializing in customer behavior prediction, has raised $6.82 million (10 billion KRW) in pre-Series A funding. The round was led by Smilegate Investment, with participation from Altos Ventures and the Korea Development Bank.

AiderX develops AI Infrastructure that operates within enterprise data environments to predict customer behavior. The company’s core solution is designed to be installed and deployed directly within a company’s internal systems, where it learns real-time customer behavior patterns to precisely forecast next actions such as purchases, churn, and clicks.

The investment reflects strong market recognition of AiderX’s approach to addressing two critical enterprise concerns: data security and AI internalization. Unlike solutions that rely on external public models—which can raise data leakage concerns and incur excessive costs—aiderx’s infrastructure enables companies to operate AI models within their own proprietary data environments.

“We’ve already validated the effectiveness of our customer behavior prediction technology in the advertising sector, demonstrating tangible revenue growth,” said Gwangseop Kim, CEO of AiderX. “Moving forward, we’ll accelerate expansion into all industries where data security is paramount, including finance and content, and establish ourselves as the standard for ‘universal AI infrastructure’ that directly drives business outcomes.”

The company also plans to use the funds to aggressively recruit top talent to support its growth trajectory.
