‘Refilled’ Raises $7.46M to Advance Scalp Care Technology and Fuel Global Expansion
Korean startup Constant, operator of the K-scalp care brand Refilled, has secured approximately $7.46M USD (KRW 11 billion) in a new funding round to accelerate its global growth.

The round was led by Korea Investment Partners, with participation from existing investors Amorepacific and Hana Ventures, alongside new backers KT Investment, Laguna Investment, and D.CAMP.
The continued commitment from Amorepacific and Hana Ventures — both returning investors — carries particular weight. Their decision to double down reflects confidence not in short-term metrics, but in the sustainable growth model and operational execution that Refilled has demonstrated since its early days. The returning investors cited the company’s ability to organically connect product development, data, and branding — and translate that strategy into measurable results — as the key reason for reinvesting.
Refilled has carved out a distinct position in the scalp and hair care market by reframing hair loss management from a “treatment” into an “everyday routine.” Backed by proprietary ingredients protected by patents in South Korea, the United States, and China, the brand moved beyond the conventional single-product approach of anti-hair-loss shampoos. Instead, it built a systematic scalp care regimen grounded in its clinically validated cADPR compound and a database of over one million user data points. The brand further closed the loop with an AI-powered scalp scanning device that allows consumers to assess their scalp condition at home and select the appropriate Refilled products — creating a self-reinforcing routine care loop that drives repeat engagement and is difficult for competitors to replicate quickly.
The results speak for themselves. Refilled has posted revenue growth of more than three times year-over-year for two consecutive years, while maintaining top-tier repurchase rates and category rankings across major retail platforms including Olive Young and Hwahae. The company is targeting another threefold revenue increase in 2026.
Looking beyond Korea, Constant is focused on establishing scalp and hair loss care as a mainstream daily routine worldwide. The company plans to first consolidate its position in the North American market before sequentially entering Japan and Southeast Asia, where demand for scalp care products is high. Over the long term, Constant aims to evolve Refilled from a single-product brand into a trusted lifestyle brand house centered on scalp and hair care.
The fresh capital will be deployed toward advancing its patented scalp care technology, expanding globally with a North America-first approach, recruiting key talent, and marketing to strengthen brand credibility. Rather than pursuing rapid scale at the expense of discipline, the company plans to grow incrementally around its proven routine care model.
“This investment is more than a validation of our past performance — it’s the market recognizing that the brand direction Refilled has pursued is a long-term strategy capable of building genuine consumer trust,” said Geunshik Jeong, CEO of Constant. “We will continue delivering scalp care experiences that consumers can feel the difference from, and we are committed to becoming a brand that people around the world choose — consistently.”
