AllMade, a South Korean startup developing non-invasive point-of-care testing (POCT) platforms, announced on August 10 that it has secured the initial close of its pre-Series A funding round from Kookmin University Technology Holdings and Minetta Brook Ventures.

The investment amount was not disclosed.
AllMade plans to use the new capital to accelerate the commercialization of its next-generation in-vitro diagnostic platform based on quantum-dot luminescence signals, which the company has been developing since 2025. Quantum dots are ultra-fine semiconductor particles that emit different colors depending on particle size; AllMade is advancing the commercialization of high-sensitivity diagnostic technology and precision sensing systems that combine quantum dots with bio-materials.
The company raised seed funding from the Big Bang High Tech Bio Investment Fund, managed by Big Bang Ventures, in April 2025.
AllMade also intends to accelerate global market validation and early revenue growth for its core product line. The company showcased its rapid diagnostic kits for inflammatory bowel disease (Calprotectin) and colorectal cancer (FOB) at Vietnam’s K Med Expo & SAIGON Int’l Meditech Show in June, drawing positive responses from local buyers, and plans to participate in Medical Fair Asia in Singapore during the second half of this year to build a stronger international export foundation.
Ji-cheol Kim and Tae-hoon Koo, co-CEOs of Minetta Brook Ventures, commented, “AllMade is a deep-tech bio company that combines quantum-dot-based high-sensitivity diagnostic technology with strong market potential in the non-invasive testing space; we proceeded with this follow-on investment in light of the company’s high growth potential in domestic and international in-vitro diagnostics markets.” They added, “Following this investment, we plan to continue supporting AllMade through a variety of channels, including TIPS recommendation for R&D funding.”
Taek-kyu Oh, CEO of AllMade, said, “Building on proven demand for non-invasive testing in the point-of-care diagnostics market and the positive response from overseas buyers, we will complete the Pre-A round on schedule, finalize the commercialization of our quantum-dot-based diagnostic platform, and further accelerate our global market entry.”
