SynStation Debuts at CES 2025, Predicting Entertainment Content Value with AI and Blockchain
SynStation, a Korean platform that predicts the value of entertainment content using AI and blockchain technology without manipulation or distortion, will make its first appearance at CES 2025. Recognized for its potential in content value prediction, SynStation has been selected for Sony Blockchain’s incubation program and is currently in testnet operation.
Wasd3r, the developer of SynStation, announced on the 9th that it will operate a beta test of SynStation at the Eureka Park exhibit during CES 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering visitors a chance to experience the platform.
The entertainment content value prediction market remains untapped, with no established standards or monopolistic services, yet its potential is globally acknowledged. For instance, while Netflix’s global hit Squid Game Season 2 has sparked worldwide interest with characters like the killer doll Young-hee appearing in major cities, there is no clear metric to measure its impact. Similarly, the value of IPs like green tracksuits and dalgona candies remains uncertain. SynStation aims to address this by leveraging AI and blockchain to enable collective intelligence in evaluating IP value.
SynStation uses AI to analyze fan community sentiment trends, generating primary value data. This is combined with real-time market data to estimate the current and future value of content. The platform employs blockchain technology to prevent manipulation and distortion of real-time market data. Additionally, it incentivizes participants by rewarding them with coins, fostering collective intelligence.
Accumulated data is fed into AI models, which evaluate IP value by combining historical cases, IP ecosystems, components, and market sentiment. This provides a benchmark price that satisfies both consumers and suppliers. The platform also predicts revenue potential, offering insights into investment returns.
At the SynStation booth in Eureka Park, visitors can participate in collective intelligence predictions for the 2025 Grammy Awards. Future plans include predictions for Billboard weekly and monthly charts, as well as program forecasts for various OTT platforms like Netflix.
SynStation, supported by Sony Group, which highly values the potential of the entertainment content prediction market, was selected for Sony’s Ethereum Layer 2, Sonyum, incubation program late last year. At CES 2025, SynStation plans to hold meetings with Sony Music and other Sony affiliates to discuss business collaborations. The SynStation booth is located at Hall G, Booth 070 in Eureka Park.
Wasd3r’s founder and CEO, Eun-kwang Joo, is a Silicon Valley software engineer with over a decade of experience, combining his expertise with a passion for entertainment. A graduate of KAIST and UC Berkeley, Joo has developed big data platforms at big tech companies like Salesforce and Nextdoor. As a passionate K-pop fan, he aims to contribute to elevating the value of K-content through SynStation.
