Enkorwithus Raises $1.4M Funding to Expand Long-term Rental Platform for Foreigners

Enkorwithus, a South Korea-based platform specializing in long-term rental solutions for foreigners, has secured a pre-Series A investment of KRW 20 billion (approximately $1.4 million USD). The exact amount has not been disclosed.

Founded in 2020, Enkorwithus runs ‘Enkor Stay,’ a service tailored for foreigners seeking long-term housing in Korea. The platform goes beyond providing rental listings by offering multilingual support, local living information, and streamlined contractual processes to ensure a comfortable stay for foreigners.

This funding will enable Enkorwithus to improve its technology, enhance marketing efforts, and hire new talent to elevate service quality and expand its market presence both domestically and internationally.

Investors highlight the increasing demand for proptech services aimed at foreigners, particularly as foreign influx rises in the post-pandemic era. They anticipate that Enkorwithus will significantly enhance the living convenience of foreigners and see potential for sustained growth in global markets.

Jung-hoon Oh, CEO of Enkorwithus, expressed that the investment will accelerate the company’s plans for international and domestic expansion. He aims to make Enkorwithus a key platform that addresses the settlement challenges faced by foreigners in Korea, strengthening its role as a global cultural bridge that enhances connections between foreigners and the local community.
