The Innovation Awards are presented by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), which organizes CES, to companies with products demonstrating exceptional technology and innovation. RebuilderAI received the honor of winning Innovation Awards in both the Fashion Tech and Artificial Intelligence categories with its solution ‘VRING:ON’, which connects the entire workflow from sketch to production.

This award is particularly significant as it recognizes the potential of AI technology to revolutionize the manufacturing process of the traditional fashion industry. VRING:ON is designed to handle the complex fashion manufacturing process, from design sketches to actual factory production, on a single integrated platform.

Unlike existing design AI tools that simply generate design images, VRING:ON focuses on creating ‘manufacturable designs’ and ‘designs considering sales personas’. This is because designs must be created to sell well and connect to affordable and optimized manufacturing.

Therefore, RebuilderAI identified markets that can maximize this potential differently from other fashion AI companies targeting the apparel market, focusing instead on footwear, cosmetics packaging, jewelry, plastics, and furniture. What these have in common is that they are markets where mold design is essential.

In the traditional mold industry, advanced 3D CAD work and mold design are essential from design sketches to actual production, and there has been a structural problem of a large gap between design and manufacturing feasibility in this process. In particular, the review of actual production costs and production methods has been complex, requiring significant time and expense. RebuilderAI is concentrating on this aspect with substantial investment.
