SpeedFloor Secures Pre-Series A Funding and Partners with MyTruckerPro for US Market Expansion

SpeedFloor, a Korean startup specializing in automated cargo loading and unloading solutions, has entered a strategic partnership with MyTruckerPro, a US-based logistics platform, marking its official entry into the American market.

SpeedFloor will install its solution at Affinity Truck Center, a truck and commercial vehicle maintenance and sales facility in Fresno, California, by the end of the year. Discussions are also underway to expand to other logistics hubs across California.

Founded in 2021, SpeedFloor is a logistics automation company that developed an automated loading and unloading conveyor system installed on truck cargo bed floors. This solution, which moves cargo by pushing and pulling with the press of a button, eliminates the need for workers to enter the cargo bed and dramatically reduces loading time from an average of 90 minutes to just 5 minutes.

Actual implementation results showed a significant reduction in worker injury risks, with working hours decreasing by 12.5% and delivery volumes increasing by 13%.

Silicon Valley-based MyTruckerPro operates a dedicated platform for the logistics and transportation industry used by carriers and professional vendors, supporting truck and equipment transactions as well as industry information exchange. Through this partnership, SpeedFloor has secured access to the US local logistics network and customer base.

Meanwhile, SpeedFloor has secured pre-Series A funding from Yonsei Technology Holdings and Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, accelerating the advancement of its loading and unloading automation system. After being selected for the Incheon Rising Star 5th program by Incheon Metropolitan City and Incheon Technopark (ITP) this year, the company has been actively pursuing overseas expansion.

Co-CEO Seokmin Hong stated, “We are pleased to showcase safe and efficient logistics automation technology in the global market through consecutive achievements including partnership agreements and investment attraction. Through this opportunity, we aim to develop our technology to a level applicable to global logistics sites and establish SpeedFloor as the world standard for loading and unloading automation.”
