Muin Lab, which operates unmanned study cafe Andingstudy Café and independent shared office space Anding Space (Anding Workspace), announced that it has secured investment from impact investor MYSC (Merry Year Social Company). The investment amount and company valuation were not disclosed.

Founded in November 2022, Muin Lab has accumulated spatial data through operating 42 stores nationwide, implementing advanced unmanned operations through AIoT, facial recognition access, real-time monitoring, and AI learning management systems. Within three years of establishment, the company achieved revenue of KRW 2.05 billion (12x YoY growth), an operating profit margin of 11.8%, and is the only player in the industry with a 0% store closure rate. This marks Muin Lab’s second investment round following a seed investment from Primer last August, proving its continuous growth trajectory.

The recently opened Anding Space Busan Hadan Station branch exemplifies the expansion of the unmanned operation model into the shared office market. With fully independent room structures, soundproof design, motion desks, and remote access/HVAC/power control systems, it optimizes focused work environments and operational efficiency.

A representative from MYSC commented, “As it reduces the burden of operational personnel, we have high expectations for regional revitalization in terms of facilitating the reuse of idle spaces and old buildings in old city centers.”
