Stress Solution Raises $3M Pre-Series A to Launch AI Healing Space Business and Expand Into North America

Stress Solution, a South Korean AI digital healthcare company, has closed a Pre-Series A funding round totaling approximately $3 million (KRW 4.25 billion). The round drew a notably diverse mix of investors, including Enlight Ventures, Daejeon Investment Finance, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, IBK(Industrial Bank of Korea), and Impact Foundation.

The deal stands out for its complex structure, combining venture capital, policy finance, impact investment, and direct bank investment — a combination the industry views as a strong signal of Stress Solution’s validated technology, business potential, and financial credibility.

The company develops AI-powered solutions that analyze biometric signals — including heart rate variability (HRV) and electrocardiogram (ECG) data — to assess an individual’s autonomic nervous system state and generate personalized therapeutic soundscapes. A key differentiator is its contactless biometric measurement technology, which uses AI cameras to capture and analyze physiological signals in real time, without requiring any wearable device.

With this funding, Stress Solution is establishing a dedicated “Next-Generation AI Digital Healing Space” division, expanding into offline environments where biometric data drives personalized wellness experiences. The company plans to deploy its digital healthcare services across corporate relaxation spaces, hospitals, senior care facilities, and educational institutions — effectively transforming physical spaces into healthcare platforms. Its own digital showroom, Biraekiki, will serve as the anchor for this offline expansion strategy.

On the global front, the company is targeting North America as its primary market, building on a solution that combines contactless biometric sensing with personalized sound intervention. The technology has already been commercially deployed through a partnership with a major Korean conglomerate, and its ability to integrate naturally into everyday environments — without wearables — is seen as its core competitive advantage.

“Having completed commercial validation with a major enterprise partner, we are ready to accelerate our push into global markets, starting with North America,” said Ikyeol Bae, CEO of Stress Solution. “We will focus on advancing our product and expanding global partnerships, with a Series A round targeted for the first half of 2027.”
