INNOVAID, the Korean startup behind next-generation dental lab service Dentlink, has closed a Series B round of approximately $7.8M (KRW 12 billion). SBVA (formerly SoftBank Ventures Asia) led the round, with IBK(Industrial Bank of Korea) joining as a new investor. Existing backers WONIK Investment Partners, Translink Investment, and Murex Partners also participated in the follow-on.

Dentlink is a cross-border dental prosthetics platform that standardizes the workflow from data acquisition and dentist-technician communication through fabrication, quality control, and logistics — all in a single integrated digital system. By digitizing the entire production process, the company has brought the prosthetic remake rate down from around 10% to roughly 1%. The service is currently live in six countries — the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom — and the company reports that both its clinic count and revenue have grown more than 2.5 times year over year. INNOVAID has also secured a strategic partnership with Straumann, the world’s largest implant manufacturer, to accelerate the rollout of high-quality prosthetic solutions globally.
The company plans to use the proceeds to scale operations in the U.S. and Australian markets and to establish an automated dental prosthetics manufacturing center in Korea, featuring a robot-integrated production line.
“INNOVAID is leading a paradigm shift in global dental lab services by grafting cross-border manufacturing processes onto Korea’s dental lab infrastructure,” said Nayoung Jung, senior investment manager at SBVA. “With a paid customer retention rate of 95% in the U.S. already demonstrated, revenue growth is set to accelerate in earnest.”
“We will use this funding as a springboard to further advance our technology and manufacturing infrastructure and drive innovation across the global dental lab market,” said Nahyuck Kook, CEO of INNOVAID.
